Visitor identification & intent leads

Your website already has buyers on it. We name them.

One line of code turns the website visitors we can match into named people, with a phone number, a home address and the exact pages they read. We check every record, rank it, and put it on a private dashboard your team opens every morning.

What if

Someone just spent 11 minutes on your website. Then they left.

  1. What if you had their email?
  2. And their name.
  3. And their phone number.
  4. And 62 more details about them.Their job title, employer, income, age, home address and more.
  5. And every page they looked at.
  6. Oh, and it checks your CRM.Past customers and old leads get flagged when they start shopping again.
  7. Perfect timing for the “just checking in” call.

That is the Leads Avenue Pixel, your customer list and the desk we build you, working together. How the pixel works

Identify Leads

We name the people already on your website.

A visitor reads three pages and leaves. Your analytics counts one session. The Leads Avenue Pixel gives you a name, a mobile number, a home address, the pages they read, and 62 other data points including what role they have at their place of work — all on a dashboard built for your business.

Execute Leads

We put AI to work across your entire business.

From the website to operations. We find the work AI should be doing, build it into the tools your team already uses, and keep tuning it. It is the job of a really good Chief AI Officer, done for a business of any size.

What a Chief AI Officer does

Add your own customer list and you get the lead nobody else can sell you: the customer you already won, shopping again.

81 past customers found car shopping in the first 7 days The same dealership

One line of code. Every visitor we can match becomes a person you can call.

Today your website tells you how many people came. The Leads Avenue Pixel tells you who they were, how to reach them and what they looked at. Pick a business like yours.

How it gets on your site

About 7 KB Loads after your page Never reads what people type

One script in your site header. It is about 7 KB, loads after your page does, and reads form metadata only, never what someone types.

Clients have seen their first named visitors within a day of installing it. One had 22 named in about a day.

What we don't promise

The pixel names the visitors it can match, not every visitor. We measure that share on your own traffic in the first week instead of quoting a rate in advance.

The estimated credit range is added afterwards by enrichment. It does not come from the pixel.

The desk

We don't send you a spreadsheet. We build you a desk.

Every client gets a private dashboard at its own Leads Avenue address, designed around what that business acts on and rebuilt automatically, every morning at least. This is a car dealership's desk as it stood on October 5, 2026.

The top of the desk. A red CRM FLAG panel reads: 9 shoppers on the site are already Your Dealership clients. Three cards show a sample customer each: where and when they last bought, the phone number on file, the vehicle they are looking at now, and follow-up checkboxes for Called, Texted, Appointment and Sold.

The flag sits above everything else. Each card shows what the customer bought and when, what they are looking at now, the number on file as a call link, and a follow-up log the whole team shares.

Swipe sideways to see the whole screen. Screenshots of the working desk. Every name, phone number, email and address on screen is invented, and the store names are replaced. Every count is the real figure.

The same desk on a phone: the red CRM FLAG panel reads 9 shoppers on the site are already your dealership's clients, above a sample customer card with numbers to tap and call.
The same desk on a phone. The person is invented.

On every desk we build

  • Hottest leads on top, then the most recent
  • Every phone number is a call link you can tap
  • Checkboxes and a notes box on every lead, shared by your team
  • You remove a lead yourself when you're done with it
  • Search by city, with its own export
  • Export every lead collected in one click
  • Your branding, your own address, a password
  • Rebuilt automatically. Nobody exports anything

81 of a dealership's past customers were shopping for a car again. We found them in the first 7 days.

The dealer gave us its customer list: 30,768 records. Every morning we check it against the people on its website and against the people shopping for a car in its market. 9 past customers were on the website. 72 more were shopping somewhere else and had not come back yet. The sales team got a name, a number and a reason to call that day.

Then we go find the buyers who haven't found you yet.

People research before they call anyone. We build lists of the households and decision makers showing that research right now, inside the area you actually win business from. A name only makes the file when it shows up on more than one signal.

  1. Map the market you actually win

A radius on a map counts households that drive past a competitor to reach you. We measure every ZIP code against your rivals first.

this store is nearestanother Ford dealer
A Ford store was the nearest Ford dealer for 3 of the 40 ZIP codes within reach of it.
  2. Keep the names that show up twice

For that store, a household made the file only if it was shopping right now and showed intent for a specific model in the same week.

    Shopping nowWants this model301
    865 model-shopping signals resolved to 301 households.
  3. Scrub, rank, deliver

Every record is tested against itself. The survivors are ranked by how hard they are shopping and delivered as a simple sheet or a desk your team dials from.

200 households delivered. 8 sat at the very top: on six or more model lists, an estimated credit range of 750 or higher, a six-figure income.

The scrub

Then we throw most of them away.

Anyone can sell you a list. This is the part they skip. We test every record against itself: the age band against the exact age, the surname against the household, the home state against the mailing state. A contradiction is not an opinion. It is proof the match is wrong, and that record does not reach you.

A sample record that fails three of the eight checks. It never reaches the client.

45.4%of the raw records contradicted themselves on the buyer's own age
12.1%in the finished file

A lead file built for a Honda store in Los Angeles County, September 2026. Filtering on the data's own match score instead would have kept 351 leads with a 34.1% contradiction rate: fewer leads, nearly three times the errors.

Your AI officerExecute Leads

A Chief AI Officer for a business of any size.

Big companies have started hiring a Chief AI Officer: one person whose whole job is finding where AI pays and putting it to work. Most businesses can't justify that hire. The opportunity is just as real for them. We do that job for you, from the first click on your website to the last invoice.

One road through your business

  1. Website

Answers questions at 11 PM and books the appointment. The pixel names the visitors it can match.

  2. Marketing

Ads and emails written, tested and rewritten from what works. Each named lead gets the follow-up that fits what they looked at.

  3. Sales

Every lead ranked before the morning meeting. Follow-ups drafted. Every call summarized into the CRM.

  4. Service

Routine questions answered by chat, text and email. The hard ones reach a person, with the history attached.

  5. Operations

Quotes, scheduling, inventory and dispatch that keep themselves current, on one live dashboard instead of five spreadsheets.

  6. Back office

Invoices matched, overdue payments chased, and the week's numbers ready before anyone gets in.

What a good one does

  1. Find

Learns how your business really runs, then lists the work AI should be doing, ranked by what it is worth to you.

  2. Build

Builds it into the tools you already use: the website, the CRM, the inbox, the phones, the spreadsheets. Nothing new for your team to learn.

  3. Hand over

Trains your team, writes down how every piece works, and sets the rules: what AI does on its own and where a person signs off.

  4. Tune

Measures what each piece saves and earns, and keeps improving it as the models get better.

Any size

  • A few people

AI takes the follow-ups, quotes and invoices that eat your evenings.

  • A growing team

Every department works from the same live numbers, and nothing waits on one person's inbox.

  • A large company

One plan instead of a pile of pilots, with rules everyone follows.

What we did

What we did for…

Six businesses, six different desks. No client is named here. Every white number was read from a live dashboard or a delivered file. The yellow panels carry that pace out to six months, and each page says what is not proven yet.

Six-month figures are assumptions, not results. Each yellow panel is that client's daily average since its pixel went on, carried for six months (182 days) and rounded down. Several start from small counts. The white numbers are the actual figures to date.

Straight talk

What this is, and what it is not.

We can't name every visitor.

The pixel names the visitors it can match. We measure that share on your own traffic in the first week. We do not quote a match rate before then.

These are people to call, not approved buyers.

Credit appears as an estimated score range, such as 700 to 749, added during enrichment. It is never an exact score and never a lending decision.

Identity data is not perfect.

A caller will sometimes hear “wrong number.” That is why a desk shows every number on file, marks the verified emails, and says “not verified” where we could not confirm something.

Do Not Call status is shown, not hidden.

It sits beside every phone number as information for whoever dials. It never changes who is listed or in what order. Run your own scrub before a calling campaign.

No results are claimed that haven't happened.

Most of these desks are days or weeks old. Every number on this site is a count read from a live dashboard or a delivered file. There are no close rates or returns to report yet, so none are printed.

Your data is handled like it matters.

Every new client signs our Data Protection and Non-Disclosure Agreement. Each desk sits behind a password at a private address, kept out of search engines. Ethnicity and religion data is never kept or shown.

Who we are

Built by operators, not a consulting firm

LeadsAvenue.ai was built by two seasoned entrepreneurs who have owned and run businesses across many categories. That is where the credibility comes from, not from a methodology deck. Missed opportunities, disconnected systems, repetitive work and software that rarely talks to itself are problems we have both lived with, from the owner's side of the desk.

  • Tech
  • SaaS
  • Transportation
  • Hospitality
  • Events
  • E-commerce
  • And more

Knowing AI is not the same as knowing business. A young genius can make the models do remarkable things without ever having earned the scars, the wins, the mistakes or the wisdom that come from running a company. Putting AI to work inside your business takes expertise in both. Without both, it doesn’t work.

That is why the work is implementation first and strategy second. We would rather build the thing than write a recommendation about it.

Senior people do the work. No layers between you and whoever is building your system.

Built in Charleston, South Carolina. Working wherever business happens.

“AI isn’t a replacement, it’s a force multiplier. And that’s exactly what we deliver, force and power at scale. AI shouldn’t be another piece of software a business has to manage. It should be working behind the scenes 24/7 — finding the right leads, spotting opportunities, connecting systems, and helping people make better decisions every day.”
Alexander Franklin
Alexander FranklinCo-founder
“The real opportunity with AI isn’t replacing people. It’s giving a great business capabilities it could never afford to build before — more intelligence, faster execution, and fewer opportunities slipping through the cracks.”
